The Port Arthur massacre was used to implement National Gun Laws in Australia. Was it a planned act to disarm the Australian people? Do Waco and Oklahoma City fall into the same category? The events at Port Arthur were clearly a terrorist attack on innocent civilians |
The issue of banning so-called
"assault weapons" "What has become increasingly clear is that the entire issue is a massive fraud." |

"The National Safety Council's Injury Facts, 2003 edition - which covers the year 2001 - showed hunting is one of the safest outdoor pursuits. The number of injuries sustained, per 100,000 participants, according to the report were: 2,369 football, 2,326 basketball, 1,262 soccer, 319 swimming, 173 golf, 6 hunting.
Accidental hunting fatalities due to firearms, the most popular method of take, are at the lowest levels in history. In the past 10 years the rate has declined by 50 percent, and since records began being kept in 1903, they have declined by 91 percent."

Our Republic's Founders had it right. "To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them," warned George Mason. Patrick Henry concurred, imploring future generations: "Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect every one who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are inevitably ruined."
"The first amendment to the Constitution guarantees freedom of speech, press, religion and assembly. The second amendment, Constitutional scholars agree, was meant to be a linchpin which would "lock in" the rights guaranteed by the first. "The strongest reason," said Thomas Jefferson, "for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."
"The issue of banning so-called "assault weapons" has captivated the news media, politicians, and much of the public today. An emotional tidal wave has swept the nation since...killings by deranged criminal[s]. Hundreds of pieces of proposed gun control legislation are presently being debated... These bills would make unprecedented, far-reaching, and highly restrictive changes in the nation's gun laws."
"What has become increasingly clear is that the entire issue is a massive fraud."
"FACT: According to the Federal Government's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF), there is no way to differentiate between "assault rifles" and the 20 to 30 million sporting and hunting firearms owned and used by Americans."
"FACT: Overwhelming statistical evidence shows that crime actually decreases where citizen gun ownership increases."
"... it is the very nature of emotional arguments, such as those passionately put forth by well-meaning gun control advocates, that they bypass reason."
"Americans are ... losing their rights to keep and bear arms. [When] law-abiding, armed citizens are considered criminals, while real crime continues to grow uncontrollably, guess which "criminal" will be pursued by law enforcement. A vast gun-control police will go after citizens in violation of the law, because they are easier to catch than real criminals, and they satisfy the need for a scapegoat."
"Truly, the issue is not guns. It is your freedom. Remove the linchpin from the bill of rights--the Second Amendment--and the next rights to fall will be those guaranteed by the first amendment."

September 13, 2004 marked the end of a frustrating 10 year era of the Clinton Gun Ban lie. But New Yorkers beware! NYS adopted much of the ban on a permanent basis, so parts of the ban such as so called "high-capacity" magazines that hold more than 10 rounds are still illegal in New York State (among a few others).

The Six Things Americans Should Know
About the Second Amendment
"The Census Bureau and the Fish and Wildlife Service said about a million fewer Americans went hunting in the 1990s because of rampant development, cost increases and family priorities, the Washington Times reported. The agencies said the number of hunters in the U.S. dropped from 14.06 million to 13.03 million, a 7.3 percent decline, between 1991 and 2001. California had the largest drop, followed by Colorado, Arizona and Nevada." Full article here.
"A state senator in Tennessee - a Democrat - is calling for a state constitutional amendment to protect Tennesseans' right to hunt and fish, press reports said. "It secures the right for a minority against the will of a majority," Sen. Doug Jackson was quoted as saying. But critics say there's no need to waste time and effort on a constitutional amendment to protect an activity that's already legal." Full article here.
